We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of natural Psyllium Husk, Psyllium Husk Powder and Psyllium industrial dust (kha kha powder). We provide one of the best quality products. Our range of products is also exquisite. We are also well known as psyllium husk powder manufacturers in India.
Urvesh Psyllium Industries Limited was formed in 1985. It originally was established in 1949 as a small company but with its fast growth and dedication it expanded to a large extent. Our company became a limited company and secured prestigious status of Govt. of India recognized export house in the year of 1995. In the year 1997, it also acquired the status of Govt. of India recognized trading house. We work under GMP standards which have been acquired by the multinational company “Procter & Gamble”. We have also gained ISO 9001:2000 certification and SGS quality services, UK. We work completely for our customers so that we can provide them with top quality products. For our excellence in the field of exports, quality and services we have received numerous numbers of awards. Some of them include the top award given by Chemexcil in the year 1995-1996 and 2001-2002 and the Gujarat export award given by Govt. of Gujarat.

Urvesh Psyllium Industries Limited is one of the leading companies today. It manufactures superior quality products. We take care of purity, moisture, mesh size and other specifications in our products while they are being processed. We have a highly proficient team which produces our products just according to the customers need. We also have a well equipped and automatic plant which is operated under hygienic conditions. Pest - O - Flash -Units are installed on the walls and ceiling to attract insects and avoid insect fragments falling in the material.
Hygiene-Outer surface area of plants are fully cement floored to keep the plant clean & Hygienic.
Laboratory-Most of the tests including microbiological tests are conducted at our in-house laboratory, which help us in maintaining quality and supply of materials as per buyer's Specification.
Packing-We can pack materials in 25 Kgs. To 50 Kgs, Gunny Bags, HDPE bag or Paper Bags with 300 guage polythene bag with proper sealing. Also, we can pack materials in to Jumbo Bags upto the capacity of 1000 Kgs.
Generators-We have installed 2 Generator Units, each of 62.5 K.V. capacity for continuous production cycle during Power failures/scarcity.
Transportation-We have our own Trucks, to carry the raw materials from the auction center / Godown to the Godown/Plant, which helps avoiding contamination of seeds.We have our own Forklift to handle Bulk packing and Container Stuffing.
Powder Plant -In our pneumatic Powder Plant, we can produce about 20M. Tons per day Particle size 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh.
Fumigation-We have our own Fumigation Chamber built as per the Specification and instruction guided by PROCTOR & GAMBLE COMPANY, USA where we can treat 20 Tons of 95% Husk or Seeds.
Hygienic Condition- We take extra care on plant hygienic condition. Weekly / Fortnightly cleaning, prescribed Inner / Outer Spraying, Fogging, Rodent Trap Placing etc. are usual followed and the records are being maintained in logbooks. Our fumigation agent Excellent Pest Control are guide us time to time.
Fluid Bed Dryer- We have installed the FLUID BED DRYER for moisture control and, are able to supply the materials (Powder) below 6% moisture level for any grade.

Kice Aspirator -The latest, imported plant for cleaning Seeds 99% and to remove Foreign Matter
Quality - We can produce 85%, 95%, 98%, & 99% Pure Psyllium Husk as well as Psyllium Powder from 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh as per Buyer's requirement / Specification.
Dehusking - Grinding system with automatic feeding, having arranged 5 plants in parallel with 140 Grinders [empty coated buhr mills] in which 60 Grinders are at 36" dia and 80 grinders are at 26" dia. Magnets are arranged in necessary places. All 5 units can produce 445 Kilos of Mixture of Dehusked Materials per hour.
Husk Cleaning -By blowing, 10 Blowers are fixed, we can clean about 300 Kilos per hour.
Purity Separation - 2 units of seivers with 4 layer of different screen and magnet are placed. Capacity about 335 Kilos per hour.
Mixing/ Packing Room - Well-floored room with corners of wall joints are circled, Pest - o - Flash arranged and Screens / Downward chains are placed in windows and doors. Extra care being taken for Hygienic Mixing and Packing.
