Quality
We can produce 85%, 95%, 98%, & 99% Pure Psyllium Husk as well as Psyllium Powder from 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh as per Buyer's requirement / Specification.
Dehusking
Grinding system with automatic feeding, having arranged 5 plants in parallel with 140 Grinders [empty coated buhr mills] in which 60 Grinders are at 36" dia and 80 grinders are at 26" dia. Magnets are arranged in necessary places.All 5 units can produce 445 Kilos of Mixture of Dehusked Materials per hour.
Husk Cleaning
By blowing, 10 Blowers are fixed, we can clean about 300 Kilos per hour.
Purity Separation
2 units of seivers with 4 layer of different screen and magnet are placed. Capacity about 335 Kilos per hour.
Mixing / Packing Room
Well-floored room with corners of wall joints are circled, Pest - o - Flash arranged and Screens / Downward chains are placed in windows and doors. Extra care being taken for Hygienic Mixing and Packing.
Powder Plant
In our pneumatic Powder Plant, we can produce about 20M. Tons per day Particle size 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh.
Fumigation
We have our own Fumigation Chamber built as per the Specification and instruction guided by PROCTOR & GAMBLE COMPANY, USA where we can treat 20 Tons of 95% Husk or Seeds.
Hygienic Condition
We take extra care on plant hygienic condition. Weekly / Fortnightly cleaning, prescribed Inner / Outer Spraying, Fogging, Rodent Trap Placing etc. are usual followed and the records are being maintained in logbooks. Our fumigation agent Excellent Pest Control are guide us time to time.
Fluid Bed Dryer
We have installed the FLUID BED DRYER for moisture control and, are able to supply the materials (Powder) below 6% moisture level for any grade.
