Pest - O - Flash units are installed on the walls and ceiling to attract insects and avoid insect fragments falling in the material.
Hygiene
Outer surface area of plants are fully cement floored to keep the plant clean & Hygienic.
Laboratory
Most of the tests including microbiological tests are conducted at our in-house laboratory, which help us in maintaining quality and supply of materials as per buyer's Specification.
Packing
We can pack materials in 25 Kgs. To 50 Kgs, Gunny Bags, HDPE bag or Paper Bags with 300 guage polythene bag with proper sealing. Also, we can pack materials in to Jumbo Bags upto the capacity of 1000 Kgs.
Generators
We have installed 2 Generator Units, each of 62.5 K.V. capacity for continuous production cycle during Power failures/scarcity.
Transportation
We have our own Trucks, to carry the raw materials from the auction center / Godown to the Godown/Plant, which helps avoiding contamination of seeds.We have our own Forklift to handle Bulk packing and Container Stuffing.
Powder Plant
In our pneumatic Powder Plant, we can produce about 20M. Tons per day Particle size 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh.
Fumigation
We have our own Fumigation Chamber built as per the Specification and instruction guided by PROCTOR & GAMBLE COMPANY, USA where we can treat 20 Tons of 95% Husk or Seeds.
Hygienic Condition
We take extra care on plant hygienic condition. Weekly / Fortnightly cleaning, prescribed Inner / Outer Spraying, Fogging, Rodent Trap Placing etc. are usual followed and the records are being maintained in logbooks. Our fumigation agent Excellent Pest Control are guide us time to time.
Fluid Bed Dryer
We have installed the FLUID BED DRYER for moisture control and, are able to supply the materials (Powder) below 6% moisture level for any grade.
